PriorityTek was founded in 2019 by Ben Ortega. When Ben began building PriorityTek he was determined to help small & medium-sized businesses by building relationships and establishing trust to understand how to best utilize technology to maximize productivity.
Working in IT for 18 years a common sentiment that I came across was that businesses did not always trust or had a great relationship with their previous IT support company. I saw that there was a lack of trust, a lack of transparency, and businesses were not being informed and educated on the risks in their security.
Protecting business and customer data is massively important. But without the right security controls, it’s difficult to manage who has access to your data as it moves inside and outside your organization.
